Instructions

- Separate the cinnamon rolls into individual rolls and cut each into quarters, arranging them evenly in the prepared pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, cinnamon, and vanilla until well combined.
- Pour the egg mixture over the cinnamon roll pieces, ensuring all are coated.
- Top with chopped pecans and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes before drizzling with warmed icing from the rolls.
