Instructions
- In a large pot, combine the broth, minced ginger, and garlic over medium heat. Simmer for about 5 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in the coconut milk and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
- Add soy sauce and lime juice; adjust seasoning to taste.
- Gently add potstickers and cook according to package instructions (about 5-7 minutes).
- Serve hot, garnished with cilantro and green onions.
