Ingredients
- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz linguine pasta
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat half of the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from skillet and let rest before slicing into strips.
- In the same skillet, add remaining butter and minced garlic; sauté until fragrant (about 1-2 minutes). Stir in lemon juice, paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
- Add cooked linguine to the skillet, tossing well to coat. Use reserved pasta water if needed to adjust sauce consistency.
- Serve with sliced chicken on top of the pasta mixture.
