- 3 ripe bananas
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup light brown sugar
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare two loaf pans with nonstick spray.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add egg and vanilla; blend well. Stir in flour and set aside.
- In another bowl, mash bananas; mix in melted butter and both sugars until combined. Beat in eggs and sour cream.
- Combine dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, baking powder) in a separate bowl; gradually mix into wet ingredients.
- Pour half the banana batter into each pan; top with cream cheese mixture then add remaining batter.
- Bake for 50-55 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
