- 2 cans (15.5 oz each) kidney beans (rinsed and drained)
Instructions
- In a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef with diced onion until fully cooked. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Transfer the meat mixture to your slow cooker.
- Stir in crushed tomatoes, diced tomatoes, chili seasoning, and rinsed kidney beans until well combined.
- Cook on low for 8–10 hours or high for 4–5 hours until flavors meld beautifully.
- Serve hot with your favorite toppings like cheese, sour cream, or cornbread.
