- Fresh raspberries
- Extra shredded coconut (for rolling)
Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients and tools.
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded coconut, coconut cream, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until well mixed.
- Form small balls around each fresh raspberry and roll in extra shredded coconut to coat.
- Place the coated balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
