  • 2 tbsp butter (for glaze)
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream (for glaze)
  • ½ cup chopped pistachios (for topping)
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf or bundt pan.
  2. In one mixing bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine the wet ingredients: eggs, oil, milk, vanilla extract, and Greek yogurt until well mixed.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir until combined; do not overmix.
  5. Divide the batter into two bowls. Mix finely ground pistachios into one bowl and cocoa powder with mini chocolate chips into the other.
  6. Alternate spooning the batters into your prepared pan and swirl lightly for a marbled effect.
