- 2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- Gel food coloring (pastel colors)
Instructions
- Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl until resembling wet sand. Press into a 9-inch pie dish and chill for 15 minutes.
- Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and sweetened condensed milk; mix well.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
- Divide filling into four bowls and add different pastel gel food colorings. Spoon dollops of each color into the chilled crust, swirling them with a toothpick.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to firm up before serving.
