- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 eggs

- 1 1/2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs and milk; mix until well combined.
- Stir in flour and baking powder until just combined.
- Gently fold in the blueberries to keep them intact.
- Pour the batter into greased loaf pans, filling them about ⅔ full.
- Bake at 350°F: approximately 70 minutes for large loaves and 35 minutes for mini loaves, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing.
