Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Unroll puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and roll it out gently.
  4. Cut the pastry into triangles about 10 cm wide at the base.
  5. Place approximately one tablespoon of chopped chocolate at the base of each triangle.
  6. Roll each triangle up from the base to form a crescent shape.
  7. Brush a thin layer of beaten egg over each croissant for a golden finish.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
