Ingredients
- 8 oz puff pastry
- ⅞ cups Nutella
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
Instructions
- Roll out the puff pastry on a clean surface and spread a generous layer of Nutella over it.
- Top with another sheet of puff pastry and cut into 1/2-inch strips.
- Twist each strip tightly to form spirals and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Preheat oven to 355°F (180°C) and brush each twist with beaten egg yolk.
- Bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
