  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, peanut butter, melted butter, eggs, and brown sugar until well blended.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gently fold into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips evenly throughout the batter.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  6. Cool for about 10 minutes in the pan before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
