  • 1 ½ cups (360 g) beef broth
  • 1 package (16 ounces) potato gnocchi, uncooked
  • 1 ½ cups (169.5 g) Gruyère cheese, shredded
  • Parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat, combine olive oil and butter. Add thinly sliced onions and sauté for 15-20 minutes until caramelized.
  2. Stir in red apple vinegar and cook until evaporated. Season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Pour in beef broth, bring to a simmer, then add uncooked gnocchi and gently simmer for 3-5 minutes until tender.
  4. Sprinkle shredded Gruyère cheese on top and broil for 2-3 minutes until melted and golden.
  5. Remove from oven, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
