Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, half-and-half, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spread the cooked turkey bacon evenly in the gluten-free pie crust. Layer with cheddar cheese followed by green onions.
- Pour the egg mixture over the filling, ensuring even coverage. Top with remaining cheese.
- Bake on the middle rack for 20 minutes. Cover loosely with aluminum foil and bake for an additional 20–30 minutes until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool for 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.
