  • 2 tsp honey

  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • 2 tsp corn starch
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • ½1 Tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp honey
  • Rice
  • Shredded carrots
  • Sliced cucumbers
  • Shelled edamame
  • Pickled onions
  • Avocado
  • Shredded cabbage
  • Sliced green onion
  • Sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. To make the bang bang sauce, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar, and honey in a small bowl. Chill until ready to serve.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground turkey, breaking it apart as it cooks until browned and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  3. Stir in garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sriracha, chicken broth, honey, black pepper, sea salt, and cornstarch. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until well combined.
  4. Assemble your rice bowls by adding cooked rice as the base. Top with the ground turkey mixture and an assortment of fresh vegetables. Drizzle additional bang bang sauce on top.
