Ingredients
- 1 pound elbow macaroni
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the elbow macaroni in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, apple cider vinegar, yellow mustard, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked macaroni with chopped celery and onion. Pour the dressing over the mixture and stir until evenly coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
