  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • ½ cup harissa (homemade or storebought)
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ¼ cup honey

Instructions

  5. Place marinated chicken on the sheet pan, brush with leftover marinade, and bake for 13-15 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
