Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (full fat)
  • 1/4 cup powdered peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, powdered peanut butter, creamy peanut butter, and maple syrup. Mix until smooth.
  2. Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or ice cube trays, pressing down slightly to eliminate air pockets.
  3. Place the filled molds on a baking sheet and freeze for about 2 hours or until solid.
  4. While waiting, melt the dark chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth.
  5. Remove the bites from their molds and dip each one in the melted chocolate mixture until fully coated. Return to the baking sheet.
  6. Optionally sprinkle with flaky sea salt and freeze again for 30 minutes to set.
