- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (full fat)
- 1/4 cup powdered peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, powdered peanut butter, creamy peanut butter, and maple syrup. Mix until smooth.
- Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or ice cube trays, pressing down slightly to eliminate air pockets.
- Place the filled molds on a baking sheet and freeze for about 2 hours or until solid.
- While waiting, melt the dark chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth.
- Remove the bites from their molds and dip each one in the melted chocolate mixture until fully coated. Return to the baking sheet.
- Optionally sprinkle with flaky sea salt and freeze again for 30 minutes to set.
