Ingredients

  • 16 ounces sparkling water

Instructions

  1. Squeeze the juice from one lemon into a blender.
  2. Add grated ginger, honey, and water to the blender with the lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
  3. Strain the mixture through a fine strainer into a container to remove ginger fibers.
  4. Pour over ice in glasses and top with sparkling water. Stir gently and serve immediately.
