- 16 ounces sparkling water
Instructions
- Squeeze the juice from one lemon into a blender.
- Add grated ginger, honey, and water to the blender with the lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine strainer into a container to remove ginger fibers.
- Pour over ice in glasses and top with sparkling water. Stir gently and serve immediately.
