Ingredients
- 1/4 cup fresh ginger, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh turmeric root, chopped
- 2 lemons, peeled and chopped
- 2 oranges, peeled and chopped
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups water
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a high-quality blender on high for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a bowl or pitcher, using a spoon to press out as much juice as possible.
- Discard the pulp left in the strainer and pour the juice into an airtight container.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks and enjoy 2 ounces daily as a shot.
