Ingredients

  • 1 lb pineapple, chopped
  • 12 oz blueberries
  • 12 oz red grapes, halved
  • 4 kiwis, peeled and chopped
  • 3 mandarin oranges, peeled
  • 2 bananas, sliced (optional)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tsp lime zest
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp fresh lime juice

Instructions

  1. Wash all fruits thoroughly. Chop strawberries, pineapple, kiwis, and bananas as needed. Halve grapes and peel mandarin oranges.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lime zest, and fresh lime juice until well combined.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, add all prepared fruits. Pour honey-lime dressing over the fruit mixture and gently toss until evenly coated.
