- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

- 1/3 cup pure honey
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Instructions
- Chop the garlic and slice the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and sesame oil to create the marinade.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with a splash of oil. Add the sliced chicken and cook until golden brown (6-8 minutes).
- Pour the marinade over the cooked chicken and let it simmer for about 5 minutes until thickened. For a thicker glaze, add cornstarch.
- Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
