Ingredients
- 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 3 tablespoons hot honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
- 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped (or thyme)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chicken dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; sear the chicken for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- In a mixing bowl, combine hot honey and minced garlic.
- Place seared chicken in a baking dish, pour the honey mixture over it, then top with feta cheese and rosemary.
- Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Optional: Broil for an additional 1–2 minutes for extra caramelization.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
