Ingredients
- 1 package Croissant Dough (or crescent roll dough)
- 2 medium Pears (Bartlett or Anjou)
- 1/2 cup Chocolate Hazelnut Spread (or almond/peanut butter mixed with chocolate chips)
- 1/4 cup Chopped Hazelnuts (or walnuts/pecans)
- 2 tablespoons Powdered Sugar (or honey)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll the croissant dough on a clean surface and press seams together if using crescent roll dough.
- Core and slice pears into thin wedges.
- Cut dough into triangles. Spread about 1 tablespoon of chocolate hazelnut spread on each triangle.
- Place pear slices on the spread, sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts, then roll from the wide end toward the point.
- Arrange croissants on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
