- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/3 cup melted butter

- 1 pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup sugar (adjustable)
- 1 large egg, beaten

- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, mash ripe bananas until smooth. Stir in melted butter, then mix in the beaten egg and vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk together baking soda, salt, and all-purpose flour. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for about 65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
