Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk egg whites and sugar until foamy.
- Add almond flour, orange zest, and juice; mix until smooth.
- Form small balls using your hands or an ice cream scoop.
- Place on parchment-lined baking sheet; create indents with your thumb and fill with orange marmalade.
- Chill for at least 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Preheat oven to 175°C (356°F); bake cookies for about 12 minutes until slightly crispy yet soft inside.
- Allow to cool on a rack and sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
