- 2 cups boiling water

- 20 ounces crushed pineapple with juice
- 12 ounces whipped topping
Instructions
- In a medium-sized bowl, dissolve the lemon jello in boiling water, stirring until fully combined. Let cool for about 20 minutes.
- In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese and crushed pineapple together with a hand mixer until smooth.
- Mix in the cooled jello until well combined.
- Fold in 12 ounces of whipped topping gently until blended.
- Transfer to a serving bowl or individual cups and refrigerate for at least four hours to set.
- Serve chilled, topped with reserved whipped topping and fresh fruit if desired.
