Ingredients
- 4 Branzino fillets (6 ounces each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 lemon (thinly sliced)
- Fresh herbs: rosemary, thyme, oregano
- 1/4 cup dry white apple vinegar
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat the branzino fillets dry and arrange them skin side down on the baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and top with minced garlic.
- Layer lemon slices and fresh herbs over each fillet.
- Pour white apple vinegar around the fillets.
- Bake for 25 minutes until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Let rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
