- 3.4 ounce package instant cheesecake-flavored pudding (unprepared)
- 1 cup French vanilla creamer (liquid)
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, whip the softened cream cheese using an electric mixer until smooth.
- Add the dry pudding mix and beat until well combined.
- Gradually add the creamer while mixing until smooth.
- In a large bowl, combine the pineapple chunks, cherries, vegan marshmallows, flaked coconut, and chopped pecans.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the fruit mixture and gently fold until well combined.
- Chill before serving or enjoy immediately for best flavor.
