- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs (room temperature)
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen, dusted with flour)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter and cream cheese until smooth.
- Add granulated sugar and beat in eggs one at a time until well combined.
- In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt; then gradually add to the wet mixture.
- Gently fold in the blueberries until evenly distributed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for about 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
