Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Cream together softened butter and sugar until fluffy.

- Gradually combine dry ingredients with the wet mixture while alternating with orange juice.
- Fold in the dried fruits and nuts gently.
- Prepare your loaf pan by greasing it and lining with parchment paper.
- Pour the batter into the pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 60–75 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
