Ingredients
- 1 package (14 oz) Lemon Oreos, crushed
- ½ cup melted butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 2 boxes (3.4 oz each) instant lemon pudding mix
- 2½ cups cold milk
- 2 cups whipped topping (for topping)
Instructions
- Combine crushed Lemon Oreos and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Press into a 9×13-inch dish and chill for 10–15 minutes.
- Beat together softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping and spread over the crust.
- Whisk together lemon pudding mix and cold milk until thickened; spread over the cream cheese layer.
- Top with remaining whipped topping and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
