  • 1420 frozen dumplings
  • 3 tablespoons red curry paste
  • 1 can (14 oz) coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons fresh ginger (minced)
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • Fresh cilantro and sliced green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a medium baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together coconut milk, red curry paste, honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, ginger, and garlic until smooth.
  3. Arrange frozen dumplings in a single layer in the prepared baking dish. Pour sauce evenly over them.
  4. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 5-10 minutes until bubbling.
  5. Garnish with fresh spinach, cilantro, green onions, and sesame seeds before serving.
