Ingredients
- 14–20 frozen dumplings
- 3 tablespoons red curry paste
- 1 can (14 oz) coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons fresh ginger (minced)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- Fresh cilantro and sliced green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a medium baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together coconut milk, red curry paste, honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, ginger, and garlic until smooth.
- Arrange frozen dumplings in a single layer in the prepared baking dish. Pour sauce evenly over them.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 5-10 minutes until bubbling.
- Garnish with fresh spinach, cilantro, green onions, and sesame seeds before serving.
