- 6 oranges
- 150 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 150 g butter
- 150 g dark chocolate
- 100 g flour
- Powdered sugar (for dusting)
- Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the Oranges: Cut off the tops of the oranges and carefully remove the pulp without damaging the peel. Squeeze the pulp to collect juice and set aside. Place the hollowed oranges on their tops, secured with toothpicks.
- Make the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, 5 cl of orange juice, eggs, melted butter, and melted dark chocolate. Add flour and mix until smooth.
- Bake: Divide the filling among the hollowed oranges on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 20 minutes until set but moist inside.
- Serve: Dust with powdered sugar, garnish with mint leaves, and enjoy!
