Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a loaf tin.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and caster sugar until pale and fluffy.
- Sift in the flour and baking powder; mix well until no lumps remain.
- Incorporate the melted butter, orange juice, and zest into the batter until combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared loaf tin and bake for about 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool completely before serving.
