  • 1 cup milk or semi-sweet chocolate chips (for ganache)
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream (for ganache)
  • 3 tablespoons butter (for ganache)
  • 3/4 cup cold milk (for frosting)
  • 8 oz container whipped topping (thawed for frosting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan thoroughly.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chocolate cake mix and Oreo pudding mix. Add eggs, sour cream, vegetable oil, and chopped Oreos. Mix until well combined.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and smooth the top.
  4. Bake for about 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  6. For the ganache, melt chocolate chips with heavy cream and butter over low heat until smooth.
