Ingredients
- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 1 box instant Oreo Cookies 'n Cream pudding mix
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream (reduced-fat)
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- About 20 Oreo cookies (8 whole, remainder coarsely chopped)
- 1 cup milk or semi-sweet chocolate chips (for ganache)
- 1/4 cup heavy cream (for ganache)
- 3 tablespoons butter (for ganache)
- 3/4 cup cold milk (for frosting)
- 8 oz container whipped topping (thawed for frosting)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan thoroughly.
- In a large bowl, combine chocolate cake mix and Oreo pudding mix. Add eggs, sour cream, vegetable oil, and chopped Oreos. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for about 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- For the ganache, melt chocolate chips with heavy cream and butter over low heat until smooth.
- For the frosting, whisk together Oreo pudding mix and cold milk until thickened; then fold in whipped topping.
- Once cooled, drizzle ganache over the cake and add frosting on top.
