Ingredients
- 24 Oreo cookies (crushed)
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup fresh cherries (pitted)
- ½ cup mini chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons cherry juice
Instructions
- In a food processor, crush the Oreo cookies until fine. Mix with melted butter and press firmly into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
- Stir in fresh cherries, mini chocolate chips, and cherry juice carefully.
- Pour the filling over the prepared crust and spread evenly. Refrigerate for at least four hours or until set.
