Ingredients
- 1 package Puff Pastry
- 4 oz Dark Chocolate (or milk/white chocolate)
- 1 large Egg (for brushing)
- 2 tbsp Granulated Sugar (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface until about 1/8-inch thick.
- Cut into triangles, approximately 4 inches wide at the base.
- Place chocolate at the wide end of each triangle and roll tightly.
- Arrange croissants on a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving space in between.
- Brush each croissant with beaten egg and sprinkle granulated sugar on top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
