Ingredients
- ½ cup dark chocolate chips
- ½ cup pistachio paste
- 3 tbsp powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 1 can croissant dough (8 oz)
- Melted dark chocolate for topping
- Chopped roasted pistachios
Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together pistachio paste, powdered sugar, and heavy cream until well combined.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Assemble each dough triangle by adding half a tablespoon of pistachio filling on one side and melted chocolate on the other.
- Fold and seal the dough pockets securely.
- Brush with egg wash and bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Drizzle with melted chocolate and top with chopped pistachios before serving.
