  • 3 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 can croissant dough (8 oz)

  • Chopped roasted pistachios

Instructions

  1. Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together pistachio paste, powdered sugar, and heavy cream until well combined.
  3. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Assemble each dough triangle by adding half a tablespoon of pistachio filling on one side and melted chocolate on the other.
  5. Fold and seal the dough pockets securely.
  6. Brush with egg wash and bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.
