  • 2 tablespoons sofrito (optional)

  2. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 to 24 hours.

  4. Arrange marinated drumsticks on a baking tray in a single layer and bake for about 30 minutes.
  5. Flip each piece over and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
  6. Increase the temperature to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for another 5-10 minutes until golden brown.
