Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz) red velvet cake mix
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 large egg
- ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
- 3 oz cream cheese, very soft
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×9-inch baking pan with foil and spray it with cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the red velvet cake mix, softened butter, and egg until a thick dough forms.
- Press two-thirds of the dough into the bottom of the prepared pan and sprinkle with white chocolate chips.
- In another bowl, whisk together the softened cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Pour over the layer of white chocolate chips.
- Roll remaining dough into small balls and space evenly over the cream cheese mixture; flatten them slightly.
- Bake for 28–30 minutes until edges are slightly browned. Let cool completely before slicing.
