  • 1 (15 oz) red velvet cake mix
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 oz cream cheese, very soft
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×9-inch baking pan with foil and spray it with cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the red velvet cake mix, softened butter, and egg until a thick dough forms.
  3. Press two-thirds of the dough into the bottom of the prepared pan and sprinkle with white chocolate chips.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the softened cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Pour over the layer of white chocolate chips.
  5. Roll remaining dough into small balls and space evenly over the cream cheese mixture; flatten them slightly.
  6. Bake for 28–30 minutes until edges are slightly browned. Let cool completely before slicing.
