- ½ cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup light brown sugar (packed)
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp vinegar
- 1–2 tsp red food coloring
- 1 cup chopped Oreos (about 6–7 Oreos)
- ½ cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
- In a separate bowl, cream room-temperature butter with granulated and brown sugars until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg, vanilla extract, vinegar, and red food coloring; mix until combined.
- Gradually incorporate dry ingredients into the wet mixture; fold in chopped Oreos and white chocolate chips.
- Drop tablespoons of dough onto the baking sheet, spacing them apart.
- Bake for 9-11 minutes until edges are set but centers remain soft.
- Cool cookies on the pan for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
