- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the carrots by trimming, peeling, and cutting them into even pieces.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, olive oil, melted butter, salt, black pepper, cinnamon (if using), garlic powder, and balsamic vinegar.
- Toss the carrots in a large bowl with the glaze until fully coated.
- Spread the carrots on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and tender.
- Serve garnished with fresh herbs.
