  • 34 garlic cloves (minced)
  • One 28-ounce can crushed tomatoes
  • 4 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook ground turkey sausage, diced onion, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper for about 8 minutes until cooked through.
  2. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  3. Stir in crushed tomatoes and simmer for 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Crack eggs evenly around the skillet on top of the sauce. Cover and cook for about 5 minutes or until eggs are set to your liking.
