- 10 celery stalks

Instructions
- Wash the celery stalks thoroughly and chop them into bite-sized pieces. Place in a mixing bowl.
- Dice the green apple and add to the bowl along with torn romaine lettuce.
- Crumble cheese over the mixture (if using), then add grapes, walnuts, and dried barberries.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, minced garlic, black pepper, and salt to make the dressing.
- Pour dressing over the salad and toss gently until well combined.
- Serve immediately as a refreshing side dish.
