- ½ cup sour cream (optional, for extra creaminess)
Instructions
- Lightly grease the slow cooker.
- Place the chicken in a single layer at the bottom.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, salt, and dried parsley.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken until fully coated.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours until tender.
- Shred the chicken using two forks and stir in sour cream if desired.
- Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or egg noodles.
