- 1 tbsp grapefruit zest (from about one fresh grapefruit)
- 1/2 tsp freshly grated nutmeg

- 3 ounces pomegranate juice
- 2 ounces grapefruit juice (from about 1/2 fresh grapefruit)
- 6 ounces ginger beef broth
- 1 tbsp pomegranate arils
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary
Instructions
- Prepare the glass rim by mixing turbinado sugar, grapefruit zest, and nutmeg in a shallow dish.
- Rim a highball glass with grapefruit juice and dip it into the sugar mixture.
- Fill the glass three-quarters full with ice.
- Pour in 3 ounces of pomegranate juice and 2 ounces of fresh grapefruit juice.
- Gently top with 6 ounces of ginger beef broth and stir to combine.
- Garnish with pomegranate arils and a sprig of fresh rosemary before serving.
