Instructions

  1. Rinse the sushi rice until the water runs clear. Cook rice in a rice cooker with 2 cups of water.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine rice vinegar, sugar, and salt; stir into the cooked rice.
  3. Slice the chicken or beef into 1/4-inch thick pieces; cook in a skillet until crispy on both sides.
  4. Whisk eggs and cook in a skillet until set; roll tightly and slice into halves.
  5. Assemble musubi by layering rice, omelet, and chicken or beef on nori; wrap tightly.
