Ingredients
- 2 inches raw ginger (peeled)
- 2 cups filtered water
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 tablespoon raw honey
- 2 lemons (peeled and quartered)
- 2 oranges (peeled and quartered)
- 2 inches raw turmeric (peeled) or 1 teaspoon powdered turmeric
- Optional: 2-4 cloves raw garlic (peeled)
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a high-powered blender until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a mesh strainer into a large bowl, using a spoon to help push the liquid through.
- Pour the strained juice into a measuring cup with a spout for easy transfer.
- Use a small funnel to bottle your wellness shots, leaving some space at the top of each bottle.
- Shake well before consuming and enjoy at any time for an immune boost.
