- 1 Tablespoon heavy whipping cream
- 1 Tablespoon strawberry jam
- 2 ½ cups powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425℉ and lightly grease doughnut pans.
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and nutmeg.
- In another bowl, whisk melted butter, eggs, buttermilk, vanilla, and strawberry jam until smooth.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients without overmixing; gently fold in diced strawberries.
- Spoon mixture into prepared pans and bake for 7 to 9 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool on a wire rack before glazing with a mixture of heavy cream, strawberry jam, and powdered sugar until smooth.
